Ashoka Foundation for Research and Education

Ashoka Foundation for Research and Education is a private limited company domiciled in India and incorporated under Section 25 of the Companies Act, 1956 (comparable to Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013) with the primary objective of providing liberal education on par with the best universities around the world. The Company has set up a university in the State of Haryana named “Ashoka University” to award degrees, diplomas and doctorates in various streams.
